Return and Exchange Policy
ffform. is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction in all transactions. Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. To achieve this, we have established the following return and exchange policy:
Return Period: The customer has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the artwork to request an exchange or return of the product, as stipulated by Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original packaging, without signs of use or damage. If the packaging appears to be tampered with upon arrival, the customer should refuse the delivery and inform the courier.
Return Process: To initiate the exchange or return process, please contact us via email at ffformidable@gmail.com. All stages of collection, return, and sorting will be communicated to the customer via email.
Analysis: Arts returned due to damage/defects will be analyzed within 15 days from the date of receipt by ffform.
Refund and Replacement: If the artwork is no longer available in our inventory, the customer may choose another of equal value or cancel the purchase. If the replacement product is of a different value, the price difference can be paid via credit card, debit card, or PIX. Order cancellations will be accepted with a full refund of the amount paid only if they have not yet been dispatched.
Customer Service: We are available to assist our customers at every step of the exchange or return process.
Exceptions: We will not accept exchanges or returns of products that do not meet the conditions outlined above. This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all products sold in our virtual inventory.
